The project

Noma Living is the Amon family's residential project on the site of the former Amon's Gastwirtschaft in Vienna's Landstraße district. It comprises 27 apartments for sale and 15 rental apartments; the historic facade and wine cellar are being retained. Trattner & Söhne is responsible for sales. Marketing combined the dedicated website noma.wien, Meta campaigns in collaboration with Ad Boutique, and willhaben with personal support for prospective buyers. According to Philipp Trattner, willhaben generated no completed sales. Use of a channel and its contribution to completions are therefore considered separately.
